Site Visits & Sourcing for Young Members' Party

Every year, this particular scientific nonprofit hosts a bash for its student members during its annual meeting program. The party entertains about 350 - 500 young members they mingle and dance the night away with specialty drinks and featured street foods. 

Selvis Morales, CMP attended several site visits in cities (Los Angeles, Stockholm, Boston, San Francisco and Vancouver) to source and secure nightclub and bar venues for this event by working with the city's visitor and convention bureaus to see the best they could offer for the audience and budget.
