inaugural equestrian convention

When Selvis Morales, CMP had the opportunity to help out organizers of a first-ever equestrian convention she jumped on the chance to consult the team. Who doesn't love horses?

The convention's hopes were to bring to together horse-racing fans, industry stakeholders, jockeys and after-care groups together under one roof in Saratoga Springs, NY. The event saw 1,500 attendees through its doors in its first year - a definite success. Selvis advised organizers during the planning phase, contracting, vendor selection, exhibit hall design/layout, registration portal's design and execution as well as onsite assistance.
