Taking place at the Congress Center Basel in Switzerland, this symposium drew 360 scientists primarily based in central Europe. Selvis Morales, CMP served as the event planner on this project working with the in-house caterer, general decorators, and organization's sales manager to pull off a sound conference pre-event and onsite. Selvis also worked with all suppliers and internal stakeholders to draft the sympsium's budget.

In addition to small conferences like this case study, Selvis has organized over six conferences, national and international in scope, with over 4,000 attendees representing over 60 countries with an average of 3% in expense reductions. All of these conferences received great attendee satisfaction scores exceeding 90%.
